Melissa Roberts brings over 20 years of experience in operations, sales, and human capital leadership, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams and optimize organizational performance. Known for her precision, adaptability, and leadership under pressure, she has consistently driven efficiency, culture, and revenue growth across complex environments.

As Sales and Operations Manager at Seneco, Melissa oversees the firm’s operational framework, including SOP development, sales execution, and end-to-end support of client engagements. She leads talent acquisition and employee development initiatives and ensures a seamless onboarding experience for clients and staff.

Melissa served 11 years in the United States Army, including two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan, specializing in intelligence analysis and high-value target operations. She later spent seven years as a criminal analyst for a state law enforcement agency with a focus on threat identification and intelligence strategy.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Historical and Political Studies from Chaminade University of Honolulu and a Certificate in Forensic Document Examination from East Tennessee State University.
